Rafe Pearlman started his singing career with the wolves, ravens and sled dogs of the Alaskan wilderness. The wild nature of his exploratory singing has led to performances spanning the globe. Rafe’s intention with his music is to inspire a vision of a world in harmony and unity, celebrating diversity, sustainability, and equality for all beings. Sometimes a simple song is all it takes to open a connection. Rafe will be offering a combination of performance and audience vocal participation at Rising Moon to create a community ceremony of sound.

Rebecca Elatiki is a Moroccan-American singer-songwriter who weaves together the influences of medicine, music, and ancestry. She combines emotion, insight, and artistic imagery to explore themes of identity, healing, belonging, love, and awe. Her music navigates landscapes of the soul with grace and resilience, and illuminates a shared humanity where all people know reverence and representation.

Contact Beyond Contact is a relational dance healing experience that brings groups of participants into body, mind and heart alignment through explorations in contact improvisation, somatic and authentic movement and passing through. Within this container we get to explore concepts of Energetic Connection, Leading and Following, our Yes and our No, and our Integrity in ourselves as paradoxically separate and connected beings. No dance experience is necessary.

Emily will guide us as we place our prayers and intentions into the sacred chanupa, and send them to Creator, Great Spirit through smoke. The chanupa is a sacred item that holds the entire universe and our community prayers. 

Lucé layers and loops vocals, instruments and organic sounds bringing forth heartfull rhythms and melodies in her music.  The world moves through her as she plays instruments from all around. 

Men have been gathering in circle for millennia to work on deepening connection to themselves and their truth.  Come sit in sacred circle with other men to connect, explore your inner gold and shadow on a guided visualization, and put pen to paper to bring clarity to your life mission. Senna will lead us in a transformative meditation and energy clearing called Alchemy: Turning Pain into Power. She will be guiding us as we work with each of the elements to transform old beliefs, unconscious and stagnant energy, karmic imprints, and drop out outdated contracts and timelines to open up to your highest version of Self. For the future generations we will have a kids zone with multiple art and craft projects, field games and fun activities to participate in. There will be different adults leading activities throughout the day. If you have something you would like to bring for the Kid Zone please add it to the fun.
