The following are some details that might help you decide how to plan for this special weekend:

Festival Begins: 2 pm, Friday July 18th 

Festival Ends: 2 pm, Sunday July 20th   
 

LOCATION

Rising Moon Meadows

Bellingham, WA
 

CAMPING 

• Tent camping will be in the meadows, which is a short walk from the parking area. Bring your own wagon or we will have wagons/wheelbarrows available for you to bring your stuff down to the field to set up your tents 🌲⛺ 

• Be prepared for the weather, bring popups if needed. 

• No personal fires allowed. We will have a group fire area.  Camp stoves for cooking are ok and the BBQ will be available for use. 

• There will be drinking water available.

• Porta potties and bathrooms in the studio will be available. ​

If you are not the camping type, you are welcome to come for each day and stay elsewhere!

PARKING 

Parking is limited and you will need to purchase a parking pass if you plan on bringing a car. Carpool if able! Please drive slowly on the gravel road. 10 mph

FOOD:
Friday Night: Potluck – bring a delicious dish to share with everyone!

Saturday & Sunday Mornings: We’ll have breakfast items available for purchase, including hard-boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, and more. Payments can be made with cash or Venmo (preferred).

Saturday Night Dinner: Taco Bar!
We’re excited to offer a catered taco bar for Saturday night’s dinner. Dinner tickets are available for purchase in advance — please secure your ticket to guarantee your meal!

Bring your own Food - if you prefer, please feel free to bring your own meals and food items.

 

Pizza Vendor

Enjoy scratch neapolitan style pizza by Giancarlo, using locally sourced ingredients. The dough is made from flour milled in the Skagit Valley and the sauce is made from Whatcom County grown tomatoes. GF & Vegan options

 

Elixir Bar Vendor

Please try to pack out what you bring in! 

 

PETS  

We are very sorry to say we can not accommodate your fur babies. Please leave them at home. 
 

KIDS ZONE  

For the future generations we will have a kids zone with multiple art and craft projects, field games and fun activities to participate in.

 

There will be different adults throughout the day leading activities. If you have something you would like to bring for the Kid Zone please add it to the fun.
